Namco Hanover MA, was great to work with. Mike was the store manager, he helped set up install and always answered my stupid questions. I recommend namco to everyone interested in installing a pool.

Unfortunately I live in Nova Scotia and you do not ship to my location. I DO however, visit your Salem store when I visit and usually buy needed items for my pool. This business of COVID has definitely put a wrench on our planned visit for this year. We are staying home and staying safe.

Called in my order and picked it up curb side Couldn't hv been easier. Chris was very nice and helpful!!

Was given many promises by the manger the Swansea MA store which were not followed thru on. Have not done business there since.

They did a good job and left the area where they worked in a good state. Workers were pleasant and informative.
