I loved Ed over at the Springfield branch he went above and beyond to explain everything to me and made sure I was well informed in which pool to pick.

My pool was only 5 years old when it burst and you would not hold up to your warranty on it. So yes I'm extremely disappointed in your product. I spent thousands of dollars keeping it clean for a safe summer for my children and grandchildren and it rusted and burst. I had complain to your store and even showed pictures of it before it burst and nothing was ever done. Except you did offer me the opportunity to purchase another pool for more money then I paid for the one I had.
