At first they were the only one to give me hope, said they would not need a 2nd inspection, being that I already paid for one. Then close to time I should be receiving the money, they want another inspection. Deal is not over yet or is it? Kind of disappointed. Sheryl J.

I've NEVER done this before, so I don't know if the process is good or bad. So far it is "meh." It seems to be going well.

When I did talk to somebody, they’re very helpful I signed papers and I’ve been waiting now two weeks without a word even a text or an email just give me updated if they couldn’t reach me on my phone would’ve been nice. i’m hoping I get to work with them and everything turns out I really need this.

I believe communication could be a lot better. And the length of time it takes for the process needs to be addressed and shortened.

The time I was told it would be from start to finish was misleading. The communication is poor. The advisor is not staying on top of things nor is the processor but when you tell someone you will call and you don't. I have had confidential documents lost and noone took responsibility for their careless behavior. Im very disappointed with this entire situation.

Everything went fine until time to deliver the money, one delay after another, might want to think about another service if you dont want a long wait and being uncertain when the money will come
