Got my order missing 1 item. I love the products, but it is impossible to get any follow up. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. that would be ok if they didn't screw thing up. Do better!

Honestly, they just do not answer emails. They signed me up for auto-delivery, I did not sign up for this . As I never made an account with them how the hell do I get auto delivery? I did return the treat holder balls as my dogs made such a mess with them . It was like picking up a huge spit ball. Now I have to call my cc company and file a dispute with them . Then they sent out an auto refill so I have to refuse that . The hassle with this company is a pain in the ass. I would not do business with them ever again. So use caution if u order from them.Now I have to go email them again for the 4th time.

I put an order in for two large pupsicles with a hip and joint treat and a mellow treat on December 12th, hoping to get my items around Christmas for my dogs. On December 13th, tracking said my order was in transit. It has now been "in transit" for 25 days. I contacted customer service last week, hoping to get things moving along, and was completely ignored. Several more attempts later, I gave up on receiving my order and asked for a refund. I finally got a real person to email me back and was asked if I wanted a replacement sent. I do not want a replacement for something that never showed up in the first place. I just want my money back so I can be done with this nonsense already, but now I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. Horrible customer service. I lost about $80 trying to support a CO based company. Never again.

Ordered and paid for large. Received small. Reached out to customer service aka AI bot which acknowledges your email but will not refund your money or send the right item. UPDATE: They did make it right when I kept contacting them & sent me a replacement & return shipment label.

The tooth brush toy. My 65 lb Goldendoodle ate the ends off it by the 2nd use. She was really into though, but.....

We offer a 30 day returns period on our toys regardless of use that will offer one free replacement or refund. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we can get that going for you!
I would give a zero if I could. There is absolutely no customer service. According to their website if you need to cancel or change an order you can email then within 2 hours and your concerns will be addressed. I emailed 3 times within 15 mins after my order to change the address. Was never contacted and the order was shipped to the wrong address!!! Emailed 2 more times and still crickets! It is hard to try and support small companies when they have nonexistent customer service. DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM!!! Update, I finally heard back with an inappropriate solution. I responded with my request and now it has been three days with no response again!! Once again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THOSE COMPNAY!!!
