Hi,We would like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstanding. Back in October, we discussed your commission project, and after agreeing on the quoted price, we reserved a commission slot specifically for you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response afterward despite our follow-ups. We only sent a recent follow-up email last week to check whether you still wished to continue, so we could schedule our commission slots accordingly. We were therefore surprised to see claims that we were “continuously emailing” or involved in scams. Our company works very hard to maintain customer trust and transparency. As visible on our profile, we have many positive 5-star reviews from satisfied clients who successfully worked with us. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we assure everyone that we are a legitimate business committed to professional service. Regarding the address concern, our listed address is valid, and we would honestly be happy to welcome you anytime for a coffee and a friendly conversation. We sincerely apologize if any part of our communication caused discomfort. That was never our intention, and we wish you all the best with your project moving forward.
