i was unfortunate enough to need to change my booking the next day after the original process. i paid the extra fee(19 dollars) just in case something happened. well, it happened. my flight is not until jan. of 2023. when i paid for the premium support, i asked about the 24 hrs. i was told that if i needed to on xmas day , there would be no charge. my call to change was maybe 5 mins past the 24hrs of the original booking and was being charged for the change 125.00. one rep told 24 hrs from departure, then the 2nd rep sys no, it's 24 hrs from purchase. i most certainly let spirit airlines know what happened and should not be doing business with them. i will never use MYTICKETDEAL ever and advose others to do the same
