Robin was extremely helpful getting a flight I booked that turned out to be no longer available rebooked to maintain my plans.

David White was so polite and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. I had been trying to book this flight for 4 1/2 hours and I was just about to give up and wait til the next day but I tried once more and i connected with David.
