Thinkcar offers capable and affordable diagnostic tools for DIY enthousiasts. Customer service was responsive, helpful and made the experience straightforward. Very satisfied with both.

Placed an order on line and soon after noticed they offered screen protectors. Asked to modify my order to have screen protector added to shipment. I also requested a cancellation due to fca support not being included in the free software. But realized that was pretty standard due to FCA not necessarily the seller. They cancelled my shipment and the. I contacted them and cleared the purchase and added the screen protector. Very happy with results. The computer has five what I’ve asked of it. If you are not familiar with these bidirectional computers they are not intuitive. A search function would be great. But I e used 2 different brands and neither of them had a comprehensive process search or guidance. I did have sluggish start up (over 1.5 minutes) used integrated chat and they suggested factory reset. This cut the time in half. Chat was way quicker than email as well.
