This was my first time using this site and I am always skeptical of sites I have never used before, so I was a bit worried when I didn't get shipment confirmation right away. I did have a rep email me and let me know that If I had any questions I should feel free to ask him. I did contact the company after a bit and the customer service rep was very kind and informative and was able to provide me with the necessary information regarding my order. I was able to receive my package w no issure.
