I was so excited to have the opportunity to provide this to my granddaughter. Unfortunately i have to report that I was truly dissapointed. I purchased a 1 episode adventure and then the 3 episode series. My granddaugher was NOT used in any of the episodes. She has been replaced by another child who looks nothing like Ryleigh. She is African American however NOT my granddaughter. I felt let down and embarrased. I have been reaching out for help for days with absolutely no response. The fact that this company can only be contacted by email is a problem. I asked to please contact me so I dont have to go to this forum however no replies. This is a wonderful concept if it is delivered as stated but the fact that they used another child, took my payment and now cannot get anyone to remedy this is very unsettling.
