Customer service was very prompt, with 2 very quick responses, on correcting a color choice mistake that I could not correct, one hour after placing the order. So far, 5 hours after order placement, I am impressed with customer service. Hope to receive my sheet sets for 4 different beds sometime soon and look forward to trying them out!! 🙂

I recently bought (8-9-26) these sheets and when received I washed and dried them as instructed. I noticed how soft they were when I removed them from the box, great start. Unfortunately after removing from the dryer I was amazed at the amount of lint they produced, I clean my lint screen after every use. On our first use they were very comfortable but I still had trouble with being to warm and when making the bed noticed pilling, mostly on the bottom sheet. Since then I have washed them 3times trying to get rid of the lint and now excessive pilling but without a satisfactory outcome. I was expecting a better outcome. I cannot give a 5star rating because of this.
