Good customer service! I did not like the basic sheets, so they sent me the upgraded ones to try. I used the pillowcase for a week before putting the fitted sheet on last night. Have not noticed cooler sleep yet. In fact, just the opposite. Will give it some time, though. The pillowcase I washed wrinkles pretty bad, but not a surprise given the fabric blend.

Except for ONE THING; I have had a wonderful experience with my new super soft and comfortable sheets! I ordered the split king set . . . and unfortunately one of the bottom sheets has a tiny hole in it. Please - could you help me?!

Why did you not tell me my order would come in three different shipments. All I got notice of was two shipments, that was I why I contact customer support
