My salesperson is wonderful. She keeps me up-to-date on new products and deals going on. But the art department needs more creativity, not pleased with their work on my last order.

I don't feel that my order has processed enough for me to make a complete experience review.

I tried to place an order and the coupon code I had wasn't working. I tried to use the chat feature, but it's all AI - no one answered. I received an email the next day indicating that someone would get back to me, but no one has. I also have not received the image proof for my order so that I can approve it and it can start production.

No email as promised

My experience was a good one. I just fee that the shipping charges are out through the roof.

I reordered a previous order. Got a new quote. No link on the quote to approve so approved by email. Days passed. Received another quote with no link for approval. Sent another approval email. Sales rep then asked for a third approval email but moments later received an order care email with links to review and approve. Obviously you have not worked the bugs out of your new process.
