I ordered two jerseys that are clearly replicas but look good. Don't worry if you don't receive a bunch of emails confirming the order has been received, is being processed, packed and finally sent. They will deliver within three weeks. Customer service is helpful when approached.

Customer Service is exemplary; fast response time and extrenely helpful and reassuring. I hope as the company grows and the number of orders rise, they will maintain this personable approach to responding to customer queries because it is the reason I will return as a customer. The shirt I bought is fantastic quality and has been a shirt I've wanted my entire life. It arrived within the time period stated on the order confirmation. Great selection of shirts available too! Thank you myretrojersey!

I ordered the Chelsea 2012 Champions League final jersey with customisation. And honestly, I cannot be happier. The customisation is better than what I expected. The print is absolutely stunning, and the jersey itself feels like it’s a brand-new collection from Adidas. Love the product

Hi Hank, thank you for your feedback and we're glad the shirt arrived — we hope your nephew loves it! We do want to point out that our shipping origin and estimated delivery timeframes are clearly displayed on our product pages and at checkout before placing an order. Could you please share your order number so we can look into the specifics for you? We'd love to understand if there were any delays beyond the standard timeframe. That said, we do feel it's a little unfair to receive a 2-star review for information that was available upfront, and we hope you'll consider updating your review once we've had a chance to look into this for you. Bought it off a different provider then sold it to me for a different, more expensive price. Also took a very long time to come.

Hi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We're a specialist retro football shirt retailer — we source, curate and sell vintage shirts, and our prices reflect that. Regarding delivery, all estimated timeframes are clearly displayed on the product page before purchase, so we'd encourage customers to check these before ordering. As you can see from our reviews, the vast majority of our customers are very happy with their shirts — if there's ever an issue, we're always on hand to help at [email protected] and would have been happy to assist before a review was left.
