I took my real estate sales person course through Michigan Institute of Real Estate about 20 years ago and passed it the first time around. At the time, it was not uncommon for people to have to take the test more than once before they passed it. I have also taken all of my continuing education classes through Michigan Institute as well. Namir's knowledge of real estate is incredible and he makes things easy to understand. The icing on the cake is his tremendous sense of humor! I would highly recommend Michigan Institute to anyone looking at entering the world of real estate. It is a top notch company - the absolute best, that will help you achieve your goals in real estate.

When I was deciding if Real Estate would be for me, I spoke to a few RE agents, each one of them said hands down, to take the class from the Michigan Institute. I was happy I listened! I found the course to be engaging, fun, and educational. I felt like the content was presented in a way that was easy to understand and broken down in a way that I could relate to and remember. There are alot of presenters that talk at the audience, this was not the case, it was interactive. I felt like I was set up for success to take the exam and that there are additional tools provided if they are needed. The class walked in as strangers and left as partners!!
