Love the variety of coverage they offer and how questions are answered in a fast professional manner. They are working on coverage for dry needling but until then I have to buy separate coverage so I double pay.

I like the email with an easy link to renew. I wish there as an auto-renew option (if there is I missed that somewhere). However, each year my log in info does not work and I have to call or reset everything, sometimes both. I really have no reason to get on the site except once a year to renew, so it seem silly it expires. Kind of a hassle every year to deal with this.
