Nancy, Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to make you aware that we do not send a test kit out in the mail. This enables you to send your pets sample back to us on the very same day of ordering. Once your order is placed you should have received an email that contains a code and a link to activate that code. Once that step is done, you will receive the next steps on how and where to send your pets sample. Please do reach out to us if you are unable to locate your code. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you further! Kind Regards, Customer Support Team

Troy, Thank you for your feedback, Each item on the test has a different frequency number and this is tested against frequencies/energy waves that are present in your cats hair. If your pets hair emits frequencies or energy in response to each item, this is classed as a sensitivity. Therefore even if it is an item your pet does not consume it is confirming that they would have a reaction/ sensitivity to it if they were to consume it or be in contact with it. I do hope this helps. Please do reach out to us via email so we can explain your pets results in further detail. Hopefully this will provide you with further re-assurance! Kind Regards, Customer Support Team
