I was having an issue with my computer, especially the email. I ended up purchasing the MyPC Utilities software and was initially assisted by technician Robert. i had extensive issues with my computer and was transferred to John an Advance technician who cleaned up my computer and resolved my issues. Thank you for working with me.

The techs were wonderful at fixing the issues. I didn't even understand what the issues were, but they were fixed. YAY! Thanks for the great job! NOW I can work on my laptop and my files will open so I can work on them.

I am older and not very computer literate. The original technician helped with the basics and the Advanced Technician Benjamin cleaned and updated all of my system. Spent time explaining, made suggestions of loading more data on system and showed me how to run my own scans and how to get technical advice easily if run into problems.

The techs who assisted me were knowledgeable and explained things well. Along with resolving my email issue, internal problems were addressed also and in a timely manner. Overall a good experience and I don't have to be frustrated at my computer situation anymore.
