The app is very promising

The app is very promising, and I wish I could give it a higher score. However, as it is advertised on social media, is not at all what is offered by the app. It is advertised as 28 day wall Pilates challenge, as with many apps, and promises significant results in a short amount of time. I thought I had found my dream workouts which were short and easy. The workouts "customized" for you will yield zero results. I thought the routines were too good to be true, and they were. There are some add-on routines for focus areas that aren't that bad. What would be great is if it let you take the survey as many times as you want, as needed, to find the right routine for you. You can change your routines, but not in a way were you can choose what focus areas to address. I have been using it for a few months now (with a strict and balanced diet), and have sadly not seen any changes. The easy exercises do not even come close to breaking a sweat so of course they will not yield results. I have another similar app with easy (not as easy as these) exercises that do leave you sore and satisfied, but the app is not as neatly organized as this one. It would also be nice if the app kept each of your weigh-ins by date so you could go back and monitor any changes. It only keeps those that show weight loss, and erases those that show weight gain. Advertisements also show that as part of the 28 days, it gives dietary recommendations such as no sugar today, or drink a set amount of water today, or avoid processed meats today. This is false. There is nothing like this on the app. Only daily recipes. I also have not seen any of the exercises in any of the routines that are advertised on social media. The ones advertised look legit, and would probably work, but you won't find them on this app. For someone who is committed, like myself, it misses the mark. I look forward to seeing any improvements.

I am still somewhat unsure that I will lose the weight in the time you have said. I am going to give it 100% and see what happens.

Quick, Clear, Effective
The workouts are quick, clear and effective. I’m dripping sweat even at the end of a 16 minute workout and that makes me feel accomplished.

Give it a try it’s brilliant
I am loving this App ever morning I do 2 x 6 minute sessions and I can feel a real improvement in my flexibility

Easy app to use
I love the ease of this app and the variety of exercises. Support is super quick to get back to you. My only negative is during a lot of the exercises that involve a left and right, only one side is shown so I pause it and set my own timer to complete the other side.

Excellent pilates and dieting app
It is a great app for pilates exercises, it is very practical, easy-to-follow instructions. I love that the fasting part is added to it, where you can track your fasts day by day. In addition a lot of great recepies are included. All in all I am very satisfied with it.

Motivant et par étape
J’avoue je ne suis pas la plus disciplinée. Je jette pourtant un œil à tous les jours sur mon entraînement de base et sur les options repas pour m’inspirer. Ça m’a permis de mettre la marche à mon horaire à tous les jours et à tester une routine. Finalement je préfère m’entraîner le matin. Il faut se donner une chance!

I love this app and it works!
I love this app and it works!! I’m using it to get trim before my wedding next year and I’m impressed with the results so far. I’ve lost 3 lbs since I started using it (over about 5 weeks). I’ve lost about half an inch around my waist and hips over the same timeframe. The intermittent fasting function is my favourite, it’s easy to use and keeps me accountable. I also love the workouts. At first I thought, “these seem easy” but the next day I could feel that satisfying burn in my muscles!
