This app has been a game changer, 7 - 9 minute Pilates and I am feeling the burn!! Love the meal feature in the app as well.

Very misleading they bait you into signing up for one month and you end up with an automatic subscription. The program is of no value to me. When I cancel they still want to charge me for the $19.99 subscription and offer no refund. They then send an email offering $9.99 for the year. WTH? Why did you not offer that in the first place?

It moves between positions entirely too quickly. The explanation doesn't complete until the time is halfway through. I have been frustrated every day that I have used it. Complete waste of money. The 'money back guarantee' is a scam. And the fact that I had to set up yet ANOTHER account just to leave a review is another steal of personal data.

I love that I can choose my workout depending on how I feel. If I'm tired I can choose stretching and if I've got extra energy I can even tag on an extra workout. Greatly reduces stress.
