trying to get fiter
I've been using the app for fitness for the past 20 days. Even though I only do the 10-minute exercise and add an extra 3 for abs, I feel much better about myself. I don't do diet, nor use the food advice on the app; I can't do it. I drink my water and eat what I want in moderation with the mindset that if I overeat sugar/carbs, I won't lose any weight, so I try to eat healthy, but I still want chocolate and cookies now and then. I might not have lost any weight, but I feel a little better and stronger. So, I have some results, which is great. I'm working on improving my posture and getting some strength in my arms as I was having pains due to bad postures and too much technology.
