Support is none existing, support staff don't even read the actually message in the support ticket. So it it pointless asking for help.

I informed them I never attempted to purchase or sign up for anything. Their response was to simply disregard the email but if I changed my mind I could reapply. Changed my mind? I said I did Not purchase or sign up. Seems they have no concern whether or not their buyers are using someone else's identity.
