I'm sorry this didn't work for you. I'm not sure which customer this is since it's anonymous, but this claim is something I take it seriously. This was our older done-for-you lead generation program, which we've retired. Here's the honest reason. Cold outreach on its own has stopped working the way it used to. It only produces leads when it sits inside a broader strategy, which means a consistent niche, content going out regularly, a credible profile, and leads being answered quickly. A done-for-you outreach service can only control a small part of that, so when the rest isn't in place, the results don't show up. We didn't think it was fair to keep charging premium prices for something that depended on so much we couldn't control. So we rebuilt Mylance around the part that actually lasts, which is helping founders publish consistent, credible LinkedIn content in their own voice. It's a different product, and we stand behind it with a 30-day guarantee. I'd still like to make this right. The review is anonymous so I can't find your account, but if you email me at [email protected] it comes straight to me and I'll sort out a refund or credit personally. Bradley, founder
