Fast shipping and good quality fire pit

Great product and was shipped quickly without damage.

Great communication with updates along the way. Thank you!!

Poorly made. Latch is to open box was hard and difficult to open

I spent over $500 on a product. I contact you with a problem, you tell me it's a known defect that's been fixed on future products, then you give me $25. $25 to cover a $500 product with a known defect? Is this some kind of joke? I was a big fan of your website, but now I know you are a scam.

Great customer svc and was on top of buyer's request.

Item came quickly. Good service

I never received the lamp.
