I cannot get this item to float. The magnets pull it to the side of the base, or the base pulls up to the orb. I am going to return this item.

They keep sending me a request for my review on the product. I keep telling them that I never received the product and then they send me ANOTHER request for a review. Maybe this will get their attention.

I never received the order because it was cancelled. Reason for cancellation was that item was out of stock.
