This order has many issues and…
This order has many issues and unresolved problems! I URGENTLY NEED to speak with a LIVE HUMAN BEING to rectify ALL my concerns. I have called 3X! I had hoped that this would be my new resource for all of my alternative hair needs. However, when things become this difficult to clarify and then resolve, and then I am refused a human helping hand, this creates further concerns for me personally. This situation, is something that especially while you are fighting a serious illness is absolutely unnecessary. It would have been better to resolve this before things have gotten to this extent! Emails are great. If there's a small concern, but when there are many things that have gone wrong on my first order. Starting with the order itself being tallied up at the wrong percentage because your program would not allow me to pay on the first day that I submitted... someone URGENTLY should call me back! Then, if that wasn't enough of an issue now, the second wig on the order will not be available in my color until February 2027. Again, I requested a live human customer service agent or someone to help me, I have been refused! If I had to review you under the circumstances today, I would say that this is the poorest customer service from anywig company. I have ever dealt with. If you want to change my experience, have someone, not a bot, call me at (646)725-4000. AI can be helpful, but it is not an alternative to human customer service; multiple issues are complicated on the first order, a person makes, making it both untrustworthy and a failure! I want someone to call me or, I feel I have been dismissed by misleading procedure. Why shouldn't the owner call me when, or, IF no one else is available? This is my 4th attempt to rectify your poor procedure with this order! I will write a review once these problems have been resolved. Yours Truly, Lauren Levine

Hi Lauren, We’re sorry this order has been frustrating, and we know you’re going through a difficult time. For you and for anyone reading, here is how our customer service works. Our phone line is answered by a voice assistant that helps customers every day with order status, product, and availability questions. Order changes, cancellations, and pricing reviews are handled by our customer care team through Live Chat and Email, 7 days a week. These are real people, and they put everything in writing so you have an accurate record of colors, ETAs, pricing, and options. We do not make outbound callbacks, and that policy applies to every customer equally, including requests to speak with ownership. Repeated calls do not change this process or speed it up. They do the opposite, because your order can only be resolved through the channels designed to handle it. We have already reviewed your order in full and emailed you everything you need: current manufacturer ETAs for both styles, alternatives available sooner, and the option to cancel for a full refund, since nothing has shipped. Any pricing question can be answered by replying to that same email. To resolve this, reply to that email with your choice. Our team will act on it right away. Angela & MyHairMail Team
