De plus, il fallait que je renvoie le colis au vendeur seulement pour LA CHINE jusqu'à 1 kg LES FRAIS DE PORT SONT DE 39.19 euros. Aussi cher que le produit acheté ! Mygift m'a proposé 5.25 E de remboursement où je devais communiquer mon IBAN ! HONTEUX ! A FUIR !!!

You shipped the order to the wrong address. I contacted you at the customer email (customerservice at mygift dot com) you provided several times and you never responded, really poor service!!!

The earring tree I ordered is lovely. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged right out of the box. I was issued a prompt full refund for the item, which I really appreciated, which is why I gave 5 stars.

The return policy is unreasonable. I bought a $35 item that didn't fit my bathroom countertop and had to return it. However, I was required to pay $21 to do so! I won't shop there again.

Never ordering here again, I regret it so much. I have been waiting for my money for 3 months after the return. A shipment of 51 euros to China; in March it still hasn't arrived at the warehouse. It is in China, that's what my track and trace code says, but they still aren't refunding anything. I did my duty, so they have to pay it back.

These goblets are extraordinarily beautiful -- they were packaged extremely carefully -- and they look amazing on my dark wood cabinet. Thank you!
