I love my Gardyn. We are a few months in and it's been amazing to have fresh greens and herbs for all our meals. I loved it so much I got my sister hooked too. ;) Their customer service is amazing! Also, love how customer service is present in the Facebook page to help with any plant questions! One of my favorite things for sure!!!

My Gardyn was working great and I was loving it. Then the watering mechanism stopped working. I reached out by email and FB several times, but no response for days. Meanwhile, many plants wilted and died and the room was filled with the smell of rot. This started 5 days ago and I still haven't received one reply (except for an autoresponse) from customer support. No messages from Kelby, nothing. And there is no phone number to call. So frustrating and disappointing. Crappy customer service, so beware.

My husband got this for Christmas. We set it up a few days ago. I noticed the same thing another reviewer here mentioned regarding the light flickering on and then immediately off again upon turning it on the first time. SINCE we could not access the app due to UX issues, we just left the unit on. Within a few hours, the light had gone on and the system started watering the pods we'd put in place. So it is working, however I have zero control over the lighting because I have no access to the app. I am stuck in the app at the point where it asks if you have a subscription or want to learn more. When I click to learn more, I get a screen where apparently there are more options at the bottom, but I am unable to see or navigate to those. This causes me to be stuck and without any ability or insight into the lights and their timing. It seems you can press the small round metal button on the surface of the wood base top to turn the lights off, but I do not understand how that impacts the functionality. I've reached out to support on the site twice now. I've yet to hear back. I'm hoping things are slow only due to the holidays. Beyond these issues, I do really like the unit AND some of the pods we put in 2 days ago are already sprouting.

I love my gardyn! Within a few weeks I was able to have fresh herbs and lettuce on the table. I can’t imagine my life without it. I love know what goes into the vegetables I eat and the gardyn makes it easy to have a green thumb! 10/10 would recommend it will pay for itself ten times over compared to the stuff from the grocery store.

We received this system and assembled as per the instructions. The light flashed on and immediately went out. Unable to get it to turn on we disassembled it and then reassembled it to insure we had done it correctly. Same thing...flashes on then nothing. ..... waiting to hear from support... waiting... waiting

I am a moderately experienced hydroponics grower, but loved the sleek design of this unit, and the small footprint for the amount of growing space. I'm now one month in, and couldn't be more pleased. Being a relatively newer product, there is still the odd hiccup or place where things could be a bit more efficient, but nothing that significantly impacts the results and enjoyment. However, the thing that has truly impressed me more than anything else, is the incredible responsiveness and care they put behind their product to make sure not only are you satisfied with the product, but actually successful at every stage of growing your garden. I can honestly say I have never seen another company care so much about the success and happiness of their customers, *truly* above and beyond.
