Nathan was very helpful and made the cancelation process very smooth. He explained what the process, walked me through it and made it very easy. He even followed after the cancellation to confirm that it was processed.

Nathan was great however the Travelocity experience was not. Paying to use the credit was not fair, but again Nathan was super!

Malcolm was very professional in assisting me in making flight reservation and went over and above to correct a flight that I had made myself, he took the time to correct my errors. In addition Malcom found a way to extend my stay at the all inclusive resort I had booked when my check out date was one day before my flights were leaving. I am very thankful for Malcom's expertise in a matter I know little about. I will be sure to use his knowledge in the future for my travels.
