I have been asking Sara for advice as I am organising a surprise for my daughters 30th. This has been over three orders and Sara has replied to me straight away and answered my product and size details. Ordering for a number of people is daunting, Sara has made this experience so much easier with her ordering instructions and given me confidence that the order will be as needed for our Group gathering

I started a chat with them to ask about sizing as on their website it seems to show a longer and shorter boxer brief but the same dimensions are shown for either. They just sent me the dimensions that I was already referring to so I clarified my question and asked again in a different way and they just closed the chat. I was unable to start a chat again. Seemed dodgy.

I haven’t actually ordered through their website “yet”, but I definitely will be. I messaged them needing info and all my questions were answered. I feel their customer service alone deserve this 5 star rating so here I am. Thanks Sara for your prompt service :) Will be intouch soon when I am ready to order ;)
