Very happy with the rental , one of the respresentatives, Beverly was great!!

I have difficulty with glaucoma and left eyelid drooping. So it was hard to get reading in that eye. Patricia and other staff very helpful and patient. Gave good hints and advice. Called back to check in. Very good experience with them. Thank you!

Very easy to work with and to connect with by phone. A pleasure to speak with a capable person rather than an AI bot.

I had a great experience with MyEyes and wanted to recognize several members of the team who went above and beyond. Drew was incredibly patient in teaching me how to use the tonometer and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and commitment to making sure I understood the technology and process. Ericka was consistently responsive, professional, and helpful. What stood out most was her willingness to go the extra mile to track down an answer for me from a third-party provider. That level of customer service and follow-through is rare and greatly appreciated. I also want to thank Dr. Barbara Wirostko, who has been responsive and generous with her time via email. She has been helpful in answering questions and sharing insights, and it is clear she is deeply committed to advancing innovation in eye care. Finally, thank you to founder and CEO Paul Margolis for his time, recommendations, and thoughtful approach. It is clear that he and the team are building something with a strong focus on both innovation and customer experience. Overall, I have been impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of the MyEyes team. It's refreshing to work with a company whose people genuinely care about helping their customers and continuously improving their offerings.

I contacted this company to purchase the iCare HOME2 home tonometer for glaucoma management. The experience was disappointing on every front. Their price was nearly $3,500 — the highest I found across all authorized US distributors. On top of that, they wanted to charge an additional $35 for shipping. To put this in perspective, competitors are selling the same device for under $3,000 and offer free shipping. What really made this a non-starter was their insurance claim policy. They expect the patient to handle all the DME insurance paperwork themselves. For a device at this price point — one that many patients are trying to get reimbursed through Anthem or another PPO plan — this is a major shortcoming. Competing authorized distributors proactively assist with or fully submit insurance claims on the patient’s behalf, which is a significant service advantage. There is simply no reason to pay more, pay for shipping, and then be left on your own to navigate the insurance bureaucracy when better options exist. I’d strongly recommend looking at other authorized iCare distributors who offer a more patient-friendly experience at a lower cost.

The whole process from beginning to end was handled very professionally. My The whole process from ordering to receiving to using ang shipping device back was seamless. Customer Service person Patricia kept me informed, and when I received the unit, she helped guide my way through using the unit, and even suggested some tips that she uses to return process was Lawless and overall if need be, I would purchase a device like this to help me keep track of my IOP

The Eye specialist physician was very thorough and explained everything to me. My vision (farsighted) actually improved the past 2 years. I have been coming there for probably a decade. The staff on Cochran Road in Mt. Lebanon. Kind, professional, helpful, and very friendly. I just received a second set of eyeglasses and sunglasses and they spent time fitting me perfectly. Applying discounts and making sure i was happy and satisfied. Love them all.

The Customer Service people are especially helpful. They answered all my questions and provided reassurances that I was using the instrument correctly. I called twice to verify a few issues. I needed the information for a doctor visit, and the Customer Service person had the data quickly produced and sent to me and my doctor. I all the years I have contacted customer service departments I have never found a group as welcoming and proactive to assist a customer than your group.
