DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will not verify your insurance over the phone. They will not tell you that they do not have a doctor on site while you are making an appointment… You find that out once you arrive at the facility. What a joke!!! They mail your tests to the doctor and he sends them back….then you get contacts and lenses.

FALSE ADVERTISING; I went into buy my son some new glasses because the advertisement said two pairs plus I exam for under 100 bucks I went and bought glasses they told me it was going to be $155.00 for the 1 pair & less than 3 months later the arm broke off; which is clearly a manufactures defect and I had to pay to get another pair! ridiculous! Never again will I return & I’m telling everyone not to go there.

Visiting my parents from Colorado and I went to the eyelab in Missouri city which The following associates help my parents Daniell, MJ, and Erika. You're associates are amazing. My father has dementia, they were very patient and kind. Thank you again for your great service!

The worst place ever . Don’t waste your time and money going there . Had to go backs and forth 6 times and they were not able to fix my prescription done by a muppet doctor virtually.

500 dollars and two pair of glasses with the wrong prescription in them later I am not a satisfied customer. Don't go here. Just buy your glasses from Walmart. They at least get you what you pay for. Also they are aweful at fixing there mistakes.

I am very disappointed with your service I am very disappointed with your price I believe I got overcharged you claim free eye exam but minus $45 for the eye exam I still got charged $360 for eyeglasses now mind you the frames I chose were $89 so how the hell are my lenses a lot more then my friends and even if they were living more expensive that is highway robbery in my point of view I could have gone to LensCrafters and gotten glasses glasses in less than an hour and only paid about $120 for my eye exam the glasses with the frame would have been about $200 cuz I inquired you guys for ripping me off but I needed my glasses so you told me you would take about two weeks between one week and two weeks I get it message to go to my glasses are ready and you come up with some b******* saying it's a glitch in the system and I have to waste my time going to your stuff for you to tell me that I should have called first this is a bunch of bulshit you guys not professionals I'm very upset I will never deal with you guys again I am telling my family and and Friends never to go to your establishment for eyeglasses obviously you guys are just about taking people's money and not taking care of them I thought you were supposed to help people if I find out that you are screwing people over like you just screwed me over and then you give me some b******* excuse that your system is glitch bulshit either you got hacked or your don't know what the f*** you are doing I'm sorry for my bluntness I do apologize I normally do not use curse words but I am so upset that you guys didn't even care you made it seem like it was my fault for not calling you first you guys didn't even offer a discount or maybe say okay well for your inconvenience we're going to do this for you know just you should have called and next time you know it would take up to two weeks so we will call you what kind of crap is that that's not cool that's not right I deal with you all before but this is the last straw I'm never dealing with you guys again and I was telling everybody that I know to avoid you guys could you guys are just here to screw people over I'm sorry but that's the way I feel once I get my glasses you'll never get my business again

I would give them a zero if it was an option!!! I took my elderly mother there because it was affordable. Dragged her with her wheelchair out of her facility only to get there and be told there is no doctor there. A doctor can see you via zoom but they don’t do eye exams. Despite having a banner that says “free eye exam”. What? I was so mad!!!! She was disappointed too! Crazy. Do not go there!!!
