Emma helps our congregation effectively spread the word about our mission and ministry to volunteers and donors - we love Emma! It is amazingly to create a beautiful, easy to read newsletter, or send out a last minute notice or reminder. Emma always makes us look good!

I've been so happy to have Emma, and the staff has been so responsive and helpful!

Page load times are terrible. All your bells and whistles seem directed to obtaining new clients: the "why you should choose Emma" content is polished and visually well done. The actual help files/content are awful, poorly laid out, and too vague to be of use. The back end is confusing beyond belief. Now Mailchimp is offering all your stuff even on their paid plans, and their help files are beautifully laid out! I shouldn't need to pay $99/hr for help with making all your features actually work together well.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback here. We hate to hear that you’ve had a poor experience with page load times and our documentation. We’re focusing intently on making sure the performance of the application is a great experience for you, and it’s definitely our goal to help ensure you’re set up for success in all areas of the application. We’ll be reaching out to you for a bit more detail around some of the troubles you’ve had so we can communicate that with our product and engineering teams, and would love to get some more insight as to what you’d like to see with our documentation. Thanks again for the valuable feedback and be on the lookout for some contact from us very soon!
I am glad I chose myemma from the many platforms available. I mail to a list of 35,000 people weekly, and I appreciate the flexibility of the platform; I can take advantage of the many tools myemma offers, or keep things simple. One of the main reasons I chose it and stick with it is because of the solid technical and design support. I also like the user interface much better than other platforms I've tried.

EMMA is the best email software on the planet! I've worked with many other platforms out there and EMMA is so much user-friendlier than all and super intuitive. Recommend it to all my colleagues.
