Emma Inc.Reviews of myemma.com

The agent resolved my issue w/in 24 hours!

The person responding to my request was polite, effective, and did a great job. It did take a bit of searching, however, to find the address to which I could send a request for support, as it isn't readily apparent on the site where it can be found.

He was understanding and informative and very patient because I am severely hearing-impaired. However, I am somewhat displeased with the fact that I now have to PAY extra for a domain in order to satisfy your newly-created security needs. I feel that you could have chosen the usual method of phoning a given tel no. or email address and return a simple code, as I am doing now!

The customer service (Lane) agent was very friendly and committed to making sure the issue was resolved.

Easy chat with online help or since I needed extra help was only a phone call away and low wait time. Knowledgable and helpful in helping close out the process I needed to add with my email provider.

this man was proffesional

Logan made it a point to address our concerns immediately, seek help efficiently, and lead us through the changes necessary to get us back up and running. He also ran tests so that we wouldn't find anything unexpected when our call had finished, and he was polite, informative, and courteous throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure that our phone call with him was the only one we'd need to make, and he was intent on getting things resolved. It was just what we needed.

Lane was very helpful, professional, knowledgable, and was able to show me and teach me very kindly.
