Ordered 2 Large Letter Signs after having a good experience working with Letter Bank a year ago on a smaller sign. Customer service was prompt, pricing was good, and our shipment was packaged very well. If you are looking for a quality Letter sign and great support, Letter Bank couldn't be recommended more.

If I could give my experience 10 stars, I absolutely would! Joe was incredibly easy to work, and communicate with! He was also extremely patient with me through the ordering process! To top it off, the order came in within a couple of days of me placing the order, which was a pleasant surprise! The large banners we ordered are beautiful! The colors are perfect, the quality of materials is great, and our design is spot on! Can't wait to show them off at our convention this year! Joe, you rock socks!!!

All the letters where not in package. Other than that it was a great experience.

Apparently your eBay listing is all wrong. That's where I found your company. You really need to take a long look at that. Some of the information you gave me such as I had thin letters (thickness of credit card) was excellent. But I was charged maybe $50 for shipping that was less than $20 in a priority box. And I only needed track for 1 side and I think I had to buy new track for both sides.

Sample never arrived. I paid for it and it never showed.
