There was no expiration date on the bottle, and yet the company gave me a date of expiration. How could that be? Thank you.

You SENT A PRODUCT NOT HEARD OF WRITTEN IN SPANISH ! AS. YOU KNOW MY PRODUCT HISTORY WITH COZY FARM WAS CONSISTENTLY THE SAME! Never mind how long I has to wait,, then to see ????!! I gave you great reviews before! I was so impressed! You are not fair to your customers! That’s a Deal Breaker

As we have explained several times via email, the product has changed its look and the old one is no longer available, the manufacturer no longer produces it. We immediately issued the full refund and left you the product for free. Francesca Owner Cozy Farm
After I placed my order I saw the cost much cheaper with competitors. Shipping extra also. I just decided to leave order with Cozy knowing never to use again.

My husband bought this for me but I was glad to find my next shampoo bar at a more reasonable price after running out of my Viori shampoo. They packaged my order well but I didn't receive it til 4/10/23 but its ETA was 4/6/23 according to UPS..but that's because UPS transferred it to my *struggling* local post office for delivery. I'll be glad to use my shampoo bar on my next weekly hair wash. I was hoping I was getting both the shampoo and conditioner though because the pictures led me to believe I was getting both so I would recommend updating the pictures for this product. If Cozy Farm had the Hibar Curl Conditioner that pairs with this one I would be returning back to this site sooner rather than later. Thank you for your efforts though !
