Most of the cleaners I've booked through MyClean do a great job. However, and probably most importantly to me, MyClean has great customer service. They have always been extremely responsive and have had fast replies any time I've had an issue (cleaner broke something, did a poor job, etc.) and they always work with me until I'm satisfied. A bit more expensive than their competitors, but usually well-worth the premium.

Tesha is great! We have had two other people that didn't work out. It's always nice to come home to a clean house. We are please with the job that is done for the package that we have. I have had all positive communication with the office staff as well, including Ross.

The customer service from the housecleaner, the customer service from the phone, and the customer service from the managers all have been invaluable, professional, and above all, human. They made me feel special and a valued part of their family, not just another client.

This company provides good service. I thought the cleaners were excellent and the digital logistics were painless. No need to download an app! Just schedule and go.

I am always pleased with the quick customer service from My Clean. They are quick to respond and happy to help. My cleaners all have been good. I have a regular cleaner now and am always happy. She is always on time and does a great job. I am happy that My Clean is ethically responsible and treat their employees fairly. It's wonderful that use green products in my home.

I have used MyClean a number of times now and they are terrific. reasonably price, excellent availability, nice employees that do a thorough job with eco-friendly product that more and more people prefer.
