I've been searching a long time for a cost-effective way of managing my cases, billing, etc. MyCase makes me money by 1) saving my staff time so they can focus on other matters, saving me time on small, non-billable matters, 3) making it super-easy for me to record all of my time and expenses on the fly. Outstanding product.

I love using MyCase because it is very user friendly. However, the document program has a lot of hiccups and needs a major overhaul. Also I would love to be able to add a time entry from Documents, Notes & Email integration. Whenever I send an email, I have to integrate and then put in a time entry. I also have this issue with notes & documents. Other programs have a button that allows you to kill 2 birds with one stone.

I wanted to start my own firm and practice predominantly from a 'virtual office', and I knew that to be successful that I would need a powerful yet easy to use practice management software solution. I looked at all the major players in the market and decided on MyCase. I honestly couldn't be happier. It's very intuitive making the learning curve very short, and I've been happy with the support as well. I highly recommend them!

If MyCase could have something on GTD system, v.g. tags in task and repeat event in calendar and task could be the most powerfull tool for lawyers productivity.

It's obviously great for management of my files, time/ keeping/billing, tasking and calendaring. I would like the ability to tweak a few things to make it comport more with my practice area, and would like to see some additional features, but overall, it's great. It truly avoids having to use multiple programs. Highly recommended!!!

MyCase has been easy to use and understand since day one. I have been using MyCase for 2 months now and love how easy it is to figure out what I need to do, on the few occasions that it isn't completely obvious. The help articles are descriptive and have screen shots to point out exactly where you need to click. Super easy. It keeps the information that I need most at my finger tips. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easy to use practice management tool.

I use MyCase for all of my client and case management and billing needs and have used it for 3 years now. It is very user friendly and easy to use, and I love that it is accessible anywhere from any device. I have never experienced a crash or lost a time entry or document; it is reliable. All of the above things you expect from good software, but what makes me loyal to MyCase is their commitment to making enhancements and addressing customer requests for changes and new features. When customers ask for a change, MyCase responds with a solution and invites the customers to participate in the development of the solution and provide input back to them. My practice relies on MyCase.
