Overpriced - not very professional
Overpriced - you can find deals on your own, they charge 25k fee to be in their program. Got wrong advices on tax situation and which state to open the LLC which holds the property. Had more costs than expected bc of another deed transfer. Be careful reviewing the deals and also the comps they include.

Hi "BU" (or "BB", as your name consistently changes), The team has reviewed this review and confirmed it to be from some fake troll account, as we do not have anyone in our program with the initials "BB" or "BU". There is no "tax advice" in the program, as opening a LLC can be done in any state. Title companies process quit claim deeds or "deed transfers" for $150-$350 on average. We would love to support you - if you would provide your accurate name we'd happily reach out. Please do email [email protected] if this is a legitimate review and you actually need support from our team. We have reached out to the Trustpilot team multiple times to remove fake/troll reviews from people who are not clients. We wish you the best!
