I'm very impressed with customer service. I had a little bit of an issue with one of the balms that I received, and they took care of it so quickly and were right on top of my emails. It was really pleasant to deal with a company that cared about you.

Love all your balms. Please make some in a tube so they are easier to use on the go. The pots are adorable and I love having them in the house but they aren't great for in the purse.

This is my 3rd purchase from bee balm. I received the strawberry set today as a matter of fact. I had no problem with my lips but I like cutesy things and bee balms are so cute and tiny. My lips does feel great and it doesn't foam up like those other products. You also get incentives for reviews,that's a plus.
