Hi Timothy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I'm truly sorry the Backvac Pro didn't fit the way you'd hoped. We know how busy life gets with travel and work, and the last thing anyone wants is a return turning into a hassle. I want to let you know that our team has approved your return. Although your request came in after our 30-day return window, we always do our best to work with our customers, and making sure you're happy with your experience matters more to us than sticking strictly to a timeline. We've sent the return instructions to the email address on your order, so please check your inbox, and your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. If you can't find it, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll resend it right away. We're here to help every step of the way until this is fully taken care of. Once everything is wrapped up, we'd be grateful if you'd consider revisiting your review to reflect how things turned out. Thanks again for giving us the chance to make this right. Warm regards, Backvac

Jenna, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when you're excited to use a new product and it doesn't perform as expected. For the portable air pump, it is designed to power on with a double-click of the power button. If you're having trouble getting it to turn on consistently, we recommend checking out the quick tutorial included on the packaging or the step-by-step guide on our website, as they walk through the proper operation. That said, if your pump is still not working correctly after following those instructions, we'd be more than happy to send you a replacement under warranty. It's also worth noting that the portable pump is intended as a convenient travel accessory. For the strongest compression, a standard household vacuum will always provide the best results. Regarding the compression chamber not staying sealed, that is not the experience we want you to have. If your bag is unable to maintain its seal after being properly compressed, it may be a defective unit. Our products are backed by a warranty, and we're happy to replace any faulty items. Please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue or arrange a replacement if needed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to getting this resolved for you. Thank you, Backvac

Hi B A, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the bag did not meet your expectations for your specific travel needs. Backvac is designed to maximize packing capacity while remaining suitable for carry-on travel when packed within airline size requirements. However, because packing styles, clothing types, and airline restrictions vary significantly, individual experiences can differ. Regarding your return request, our team reviewed the situation carefully and, as noted in our correspondence, the request was submitted after the conclusion of our return period. While we understand the circumstances you described, we must apply our policies consistently to all customers to ensure fairness. We appreciate your feedback and are disappointed that we were unable to provide the outcome you were hoping for. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Backvac

Hi Julia, We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. Your order was placed on October 18th, which fell on a weekend, and it was delivered within 10 business days on November 4th—well within our standard shipping timelines. We understand how delays can feel, but we want to assure you that your order did not take six weeks to arrive. Regarding the return, our policy clearly states that we can only accept unused items with all original packaging and tags due to sanitary and safety requirements. The items you sent back were missing original packaging and tags, which is why it's currently under review. That said, we are still actively reviewing your case, and we want to find the best possible resolution. Please continue communicating with us at [email protected] so we can work toward a solution together. Thank you for giving us the chance to address this. Backvac Team

Hi Lisa! Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience with the air pump being shipped separate. However, your order does indeed come with an air pump, which our team has informed you is being shipped separately. We know this is not ideal and certainly not the norm. We would not have you buy anything extra that is guaranteed to you especially given our current promotion. We will have a member of our team reach out to get this situated for you. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. Thank you, Mark Backvac
