Thank you for your business
this company is the real deal and we have used them for trouble shooting and fixing issues on amazon plus also excellent in fixing our listings and content. Without hesitation they are our first go to when we need support help or getting top service for all markets with marketing and optimisation. Paul S/Nuvitality

Communication with the team assigned to my project was great. Our project manager Aireen was in touch with me every few days to give me an update. They sent me my first draft and I didn't feel I needed to make any changes so we uploaded that to Amazon. CTR basically doubled within the first few days. I'll probably purchase other packages and services from MyAmazonGuy.

I had an issue with amazon FBA that I had spent MONTHS trying to fix with customer service. Literally had dozens of phone calls totaling 6-7 hours, and over 40 messages, and Amazon put me in a loop recommending the same "fixes" that did not fix my problem involving a listing that was perpetually stuck in pre-order status. I contacted Myamazonguy to try to solve it as I had wasted months, lost thousands of dollars and had no other solutions available with hundreds of units sitting with amazon. It took a few weeks and a lot of different approaches, but eventually I received a notice that the listings had been fixed and I was back in business. In a total of 3 hours of work over several weeks, they accomplished what I couldn't in three months. I was impressed and am convinced I could not have fixed it myself, so the service was definitely worth it.
