There is no support. They only email and they don't reply. They will charge you and then ignore you.

I like to use “clean” products on my skin. I do not know why the estriole is compounded with creams that have questionable ingredients. I asked a compounding pharmacy and they said they can compound estriole with a carrier that I would be happy with.

When it made me dizzy, I cancelled my subscription. Then, they shipped and charged me anyway. When I contacted support, they said my cancellation only counted for one of the products in the bundle and that I was supposed to cancel each thing separately. There was no indication of this when I cancelled. There was no place to cancel each item. So this is a scam. Beware. Beware.

This experience was absolutely aweful it’s complete bullshit advertising they make it seem you are ordering the product but charge you 100 for a consultation and then expect you to pay another 100 for the actual product I tried to get a refund and they refused me my refund. I will be sure to warn everyone about this rip off !

I haven’t come across a company with such great customer service in YEARS. Customer service is patient, kind and gets the job done. Doctors have been fabulous as well. Extremely helpful and without ego. Definitely recommend Alloy.

Prompt, efficient, helpful

Key facts: Alloy refused to cancel my subscription when I emailed and requested cancelation of all my subscriptions and then mailed a product even through I had requested that no additional product be mailed to me. The rest of the story: I bought two products from Alloy. It was unclear how the products/subscriptions would continue. My credit card got charged through autopay, which I was not aware of, and it was declined. I was sent an email stating the charged were declined and that I should update my credit card information. I emailed back requested that no more charges be put in and no more product be sent to me. They disregarded this email and recharged my card, attempting to make two charges but I called my bank and froze that card in time to stop the second one. I had continued to email Alloy and in plenty of time for them to refund the charges an before any product was mailed to me. I went into my Alloy account and tried to take my credit card info off their site and did cancel all subscriptions. When they responded to my emails it was with "based on our policies...." and refused to refund my money. Also, as I was trying to work through this issue I started a Chat conversation since they do not have a telephone line that can be called. As soon as they realized that I was lodging a complaint they disabled the Chat function on my Alloy account. Buyer be ware! I'm very disappointed in their policies and lack of customer services.
