Richard Williams was amazing help and assistance to me to understand what was best for me. I'm a bit technologically challenged so his help clarified everything for me. I will be signing up in 2 minutes. Thank you, and thank you Richard

Bailey assisted me. When I couldn't find the location where I was supposed to be to get my completion certificate for a class I had taken, she used the screen shot I sent her and helped me navigate the place I needed to be. I never had to wait for additional communication.

I wanted to find courses for excel courses that are not necessarily tied to my certification. I was not able to find them but the rep sent me a like to 100s of courses available within an hour of receiving the request. :) Can't wait to learn more.

Richard patiently answered ALL of my questions. He did a great job of answering each section of my questions (sometimes I would ask multiple questions in one message....and he answered them all)
