My order was shipped and arrived but one item was missing I contacted mutton and they immediately corrected the problem and mailed the part 2 me at no cost. Great customer service!

I ordered a part that had the optional attachment part that I selected on the website. I initially only received the primary part. I'm assuming the person that received the order saw only what was on paper, and did the best they could with what they had in hand. I called them up, and the order was fulfilled. They were friendly and understanding about the situation. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because they obviously need to improve the website for situations like this, so that the person fulfilling their orders has all the necessary information in hand.

If the delivery was faster I would give 5 stars.
