Hi Mitchell, users can cancel at any time from their account, and that will stop any future payments. Just click "Billing Settings" in the main menu and hit cancel. Edit: I noticed you reached out to our Customer Support team after cancelling and requested a refund. The team replied to your email within an hour, confirming your request. We understand that sometimes the timing isn't right, and we're always more than happy to support with refunds or pausing.
