Technical problems when trying to print out music purchased. All I could do was screen shot 5 pages and print from these. Very disappointed!

Couldn't access my purchase, I've been waiting for a response. Not impressed

Lousy website worst customer service. Certainly quick to charge my card. Gave it 1 star only because it listed music I wanted but useless since can't print.

The service is fine. Not great, but fine. With that said, once you've signed up, they will keep charging you until you cancel your credit card on them. The site's links do not include a 'cancel' option anywhere - they just run you through a circle of 'customer service' articles until you get frustrated and give up. It's easier getting out of a time share than cancelling this service! This company has zero ethics. Get involved at your own risk!

I'm using decent Macbook so it's not running from old version or anything my browser also up to date. I can't get passed the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, because it kept saying "there was a problem during the verification process of your order. Please contact us using this link and set the category as Payment and Purchasing -> VERIFY4938" I don't know where/what i did wrong and the ipad app didn't work it said connection error.

This company is quick to take your money for a piece of music score but DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO SEE IT. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO VIEW IT OR PRINT IT. AVOID THIS WEBSITE OF BLAGGERS AND LIARS

Printing is a nightmare. It either never gets sent to the printer or there is an error message stating cannot connect to server to print. Total waste of money spent.

I will never use this site again. I had issues printing the music I purchased. I contacted customer support and did not get a response. 🥲. I spent $6.00 on music I never received. I ordered this music from Sheet Music Plus and printed the music for only $3.00. Shame on you for poor customer service.
