A email notification was received on 9/30 that the product was damaged in transit. An email reply was sent within 2 hours of the initial email requesting a photo(s) of the crushed packaging and product. When a reply wasn't received by 10/3, another email was sent with the same request, to send photos of the crushed shipping carton and product. Still no reply. We will work to resolve the issue when you respond as to what remedy you prefer.

Dear Qiwei Chen, Thank you for contacting us about your order. I apologize for the mix-up that occurred at our shipping station which resulted in you receiving another customer’s order. We have re-printed your order and shipped it via FedEx ground and it appears to be scheduled for delivery on 7/7.
