This is the first time I ordered from this place and I was very pleasantly surprised of their great customer support (US based which matters to me) and also of their great pricing. I will for sure order from them in the future.

This is the first time I ordered from Murphy's industrial. Their customer service is outstanding. For starters they answer the phone within seconds and all their representatives are in Huston USA. I am one of those people who want to promote American jobs, so this is huge for me. Second, their prices are very competitive. I bought the Pewag 3/8" security chain, and they beat everyone on the initial price, plus free shipping, plus 10% off promotion, plus no sales tax if you are outside of Texas. You will not find this deal anywhere else. Last but not least, their customer representatives like James W. are very knowledgeable about their product specifications and they can guide you in the right direction.

After my order was placed, I received a courtesy phone call from the owner to discuss my particular needs, and regarding his current inventory. I received my order timely; it was a great value. I'm happy.

I've had two experiences with MIP so far and they've both been great. With my most recent order, I really only needed one very inexpensive item. Of course MIP offers free shipping on every item regardless of price, which is basically unheard of! Shipping cost always plays an important role in the online purchases I make. This time, I actually felt guilty about placing such a small order with free shipping, so I looked around and found a few other items to add to make it a bit more substantial. Not only is the shipping free, which is great by itself, but at least in my case, it was super fast too! I received my order much quicker than I was expecting, which is never a bad thing. Thanks Murphy!

I need a security chain kit on short notice, and they quickly manufactured the length I needed and ship it in time for trip. I gave the information to my bike shop, so they can help other customers in need of the same.
