Great support team

Ok so I ordered 20 pcs of 634-1261-212 on behalf of a company and then I received 14 pcs. which I thought could be a mistake by Shipping manager. I opened case then it was closed without any investigation. I have emailed like 12 times to the salesperson. Now they are just seeing msgs and ignoring. I m still in loss of 6 pcs. I waited alot before putting this review on. I opnened case again which is not started yet. I hope this review they see and get back to us. they saw the negative review got back to me and fulfilled my order
